Breakfast in Britannia

This is where we ate breakfast yesterday morning. This is the main dining room. We were given a table on the 2nd floor and that gave us a different vantage point than our other assigned table for dinner. Our dinner table is on the main floor right next to the windows. Our dinner mates are very nice folks. One couple is from Australia and the other couple is American. The American man is a retired police officer and his wife is a retired College Professor...how perfect for me. Of course, she and I hit it off right away. The Australians are so entertaining and larger than life. We really got lucky with these folks.
